Amendment to the statutes of DGGV 2016

The reason for the amendment to the statutes is that DGGV and the section hydrogeology agreed upon the conversion of the section to an independent association with the corresponding administrative and organizational responsibilities. The association will continue to be a specialized branch of the society DGGV. Apart from that, changes/ supplementing to the names of persons occurred, that we will not name in detail here for reasons of space.
